Terms and Conditions of exchanges with LFC4U

      ·  Can only exchange the product within 30 days of the receipt of the goods

     ·  Can only exchange for another size from the same product or another color from the same model. (In the case that the price for another color or size is higher that the initial price the customer paid, the customer is responsible to pay for the difference in prices. In the case that the color or size originally purchased is now at a lower price,LFC4U reserves the right not to compensate for the difference.)

      ·  Can only exchange if the product is still in stock

Returns and refunds

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to the warehouse for a full refund through any 7/11 shop.

 

         We are very sorry that this happened. LFC4U is constantly monitoring the quality of our products when it's received at our warehouse and before being shipping out to you. In the event that you still happen to receive a faulty or damaged item, you should of course return it back to us. Just follow the same steps as any other return, send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt and attach the return slip.
